New facility with very friendly staff. Could do better on communicating family representative on treatment plan and more frequent care conferences.

My friend is here and never take it a bath also the nurse and helpers you call and never come. You have to room to rooms to find it. I did not recommend here. It’s it’s not enough.

My elderly father is being well taken care of. I can leave there and feel comfort knowing the staff and all medical personnel are on it! Also very welcoming and accommodating. Thankyou. God bless them all

Today 10/12, the service is a lot better. Praises to Amanda, Lulu, Amy, Tania, who were very attentive to her needs. They were also very pleasant when talking to her. Her therapists Ana and Maila were also very good.

I’m one of the private caregiver who taking care of one resident here @ pacific villa. There’s one caregiver here. Here name is Amanda she doesn’t know or doesn’t like to take care of my client who are paying resident here. She never cleaned her up properly just to turned her. She is very rough and unprofessional caregiver doesn’t know how to respect the resident..

The nursing staff is helpful, caring and attentive to patient needs. The front desk are welcoming and always greet you with a smile and friendly words. They make you feel welcomed. They seem to have a problem getting food from the kitchen to the floor and then passed out to the patient.. Sometimes the food is cold since there’s a delay in arrival and distributing the food since a nurse has to check the cart! Most meals are late. The times are not appropriate for senior citizens, especially when meals don’t come on time no one should be eating dinner at 9-10 at night. PT, OT and Speech are friendly and do explain what they are there for and what they are doing. Overall the place is new and decorated well and is kept clean every day even the cleaning staff is friendly and welcoming.

The facility is great. The staff is very good. My nurse grace was fantastic Melissa as well. The only problem I had is that too many people drop the ball not enough follow through including management half the time they had changed instructions without me knowing and I know I was there for a long time, but I must’ve had 10 different physical therapist. I felt twice I think that they don’t take any responsibility for that and I believe they should it has affected the whole outcome of the very serious back operation. I’m still reeling from The problems from the fall again I don’t see anyone taking responsibility for the problem if you’re $1500 a day the food was average or below cc was great. She works like a a little beaver always happy to help again sorry that they couldn’t communicate better with each other or with me. If this happens again, I will go for a private nursing home.

The most professional skilled nursing facility I’ve ever been to!! It is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet & has an excellent staff from the reception to the medical team!! I’ve never seen a facility runs so smoothly & keep the patient care as number one like Pacific Villas does!! I am beyond impressed!! This is a top notch best facility in San Diego County!! This is the most excellently managed recovery home for individuals that takes great pride in respecting the integrity and comfort of their patients with excellence I highly recommend it, and plan to go there if ever I have another surgery. The facility here is much better then the one my dad was previously in. Staff here are friendly and I would definitely recommend this place 😊

This facility provides absolutely the best care of any hospital type facility there is available in the Oceanside Area. They offer 100% great teams of all medical staff, physical therapy, excellent food service and multiple fun activities available on a daily basis. I would like to especially single out Dr. Gammada who solved many of the issues I came in with, Sandra a wonderful nurse who was extremely attentive to my needs and Julia – a charge nurse who was so very sweet and caring toward her patients. If anyone in your familyis in need of this type of care – I would encourage you to take a tour.

They took special care with my mom with follow up care after hospital stay from a fall. Very nice place clean and sunny.

Went to visit a family member and every single staff member was so friendly. Even just in passing. The facility is beautiful and the patients seems so well taken care of.

They dropped the ball on my loved ones care more than once. The last mess up was when the dr ordered that my LO be taken to the hospital and the transfer crew declined to transport her! We had to call for an ambulance ourselves. When my LO arrived in the hospital they had pneumonia in addition to the condition that needed hospitalization. If your loved one needs a lot of care I would not use this facility. I think if a patient was in their right mind and not far from recovery it would be a good place to be. The facility is beautiful, kept very clean and the staff were very nice. Therapy was great. I think the nurses are spread too thin and maybe their shifts are too long for this kind of work.

I am currently in/patient. The facility is new, nice and clean. Unfortunately, there appears to a large disorganization problem.

My mother has stayed here several times. The facility is clean, well run and lovely. The people that work here are amazing. They are kind, attentive, friendly. I can’t say enough about the staff. I actually feel good when I have to leave mom at the end of the day because I know she will be taken care of like I take care of her. This is a safe, wonderful facility. I am happy to recommend it to anyone who needs post acute care.
