The facility here is much better then the one my dad was previously in. Staff here are friendly and I would definitely recommend this place 😊

The most professional skilled nursing facility I’ve ever been to!! It is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet & has an excellent staff from reception to medical care. I’ve never seen a facility runs so smoothly & keep the patient care as number one life Pacific Villas!! I am beyond impressed!! This is a top notch best facility in San Diego County!! Very nice people very clean place it’s new but still very clean

This facility provides absolutely the best care of any hospital type facility there is available in the Oceanside Area. They offer 100% great teams of all medical staff, physical therapy, excellent food service and multiple fun activities available on a daily basis. I would like to especially single out Dr. Gammada who solved many of the issues I came in with, Sandra a wonderful nurse who was extremely attentive to my needs and Julia – a charge nurse who was so very sweet and caring toward her patients. If anyone in your familyis in need of this type of care – I would encourage you to take a tour.

They took special care with my mom with follow up care after hospital stay from a fall. Very nice place clean and sunny.

Went to visit a family member and every single staff member was so friendly. Even just in passing. The facility is beautiful and the patients seems so well taken care of.

They dropped the ball on my loved ones care more than once. The last mess up was when the dr ordered that my LO be taken to the hospital and the transfer crew declined to transport her! We had to call for an ambulance ourselves. When my LO arrived in the hospital they had pneumonia in addition to the condition that needed hospitalization. If your loved one needs a lot of care I would not use this facility. I think if a patient was in their right mind and not far from recovery it would be a good place to be. The facility is beautiful, kept very clean and the staff were very nice. Therapy was great. I think the nurses are spread too thin and maybe their shifts are too long for this kind of work.

I am currently in/patient. The facility is new, nice and clean. Unfortunately, there appears to a large disorganization problem.

My mother has stayed here several times. The facility is clean, well run and lovely. The people that work here are amazing. They are kind, attentive, friendly. I can’t say enough about the staff. I actually feel good when I have to leave mom at the end of the day because I know she will be taken care of like I take care of her. This is a safe, wonderful facility. I am happy to recommend it to anyone who needs post acute care.

I have not been a patient there but my wife is currently a patient. Her experience with the OT and PT has been excellent but her experience with diet is very mixed – she is a vegetarian but is only served chicken with her lunch or dinner.

This is a top notch proffesional facility, great physical therapy, speech therapy, wonderful staff, clean, and beautiful new facility.

Clean facility, generally attentive staff. Need some foodservice improvements. Microwave and refrigerator access for patients, digital menu choices and alternate menu options access via phone. Utilize Alexa for communication from rooms to nurses stations would be awesome.

Almost killed my family member. They sent him to the hospital from neglect. Do NOT send your loved ones here! They couldn’t follow dietary restrictions, safe swallowing restrictions or adequate care. They are severely understaffed and have to hire temporary workers who know NOTHING about the patients. I won’t be surprised if they lose their license when they try and get certified

Facility was very clean and smelled nice. Quiet and very open areas . Halls had wonderful natural light . Rooms we nice. Very modern looking facility.

I have a friend who is currently in the facility. From the moment you walk in and signing in, they are welcoming and helpful. While there she was checked on by staff to see if she needed anything. She likes her therapist who is trying to get her back on her feet! It feels like a place of healing!

I was visiting my dear friend. I was very impressed with the staff and their helpfulness and kind attitudes! Beautiful facility!
