The facility is great. The staff is very good. My nurse grace was fantastic Melissa as well. The only problem I had is that too many people drop the ball not enough follow through including management half the time they had changed instructions without me knowing and I know I was there for a long time, but I must’ve had 10 different physical therapist. I felt twice I think that they don’t take any responsibility for that and I believe they should it has affected the whole outcome of the very serious back operation. I’m still reeling from The problems from the fall again I don’t see anyone taking responsibility for the problem if you’re $1500 a day the food was average or below cc was great. She works like a a little beaver always happy to help again sorry that they couldn’t communicate better with each other or with me. If this happens again, I will go for a private nursing home.
The most professional skilled nursing facility I’ve ever been to!! It is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet & has an excellent staff from the reception to the medical team!! I’ve never seen a facility runs so smoothly & keep the patient care as number one like Pacific Villas does!! I am beyond impressed!! This is a top notch best facility in San Diego County!! A+++++⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
